• Beta alanine - enhances performance by increasing exercise capacity and decreasing muscle fatigue.
• Beta Vulgaris Extract - allows athletes to be more economical with their energy, meaning they can perform got longer. It is also known for its high content of nitrates, which is what you need to achieve that much-desired “muscle pump”.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Mix desired scoop with 250ml water, drink 30-40 mins before workout. Drink another 250ml water to give you a more intense pump. Do not consume more than 6-8 hours before bed
