Our #1 ingredient, milk protein isolate is an ultra-low lactose protein carefully filtered, boasting a natural 80% casein and 20% whey composition. Being one of the most expensive protein ingredients, you won't find it in many products.
WPC-80
To balance the whey out with the casein-dominant milk protein isolate, we add the highest grade whey protein concentrate available, WPC-80, carefully filtered and containing biological peptides that are lost in whey protein isolate processing.
Low Lactose
With all the protein coming from milk protein isolate and WPC-80, Select Protein has <0.5g lactose per scoop. For comparison, a cup of milk has 13g.
