Ingredients:

Cold Processed Micellar Casein (Milk), Cross-flow Microfiltered Whey Protein Isolate (Milk), Cold Processed Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk), Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Hydrolysed Egg White (Egg),AlgaVia™ Protein, Emulsifier (Tapioca Starch), Fermented BCAA 2:1:1, Flavouring, Emulsifier (Xanthan Gum), Sweetener (Sucralose).

Directions for Use:

Mix 1 scoop (approx. 36g) with 200 – 300 ml of cold water and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.  Individual protein requirements will vary.  We recommend consuming 1-3 servings daily dependent on your goals.
